First you will need to have an email account setup. This can be a mailbox (POP3) or via email forwarding. Email forwarding simply sends the email of choice onto your current personal email account (e.g. hotmail)

If you are using email forwarding you will continue to check your current address as normal, so long as you have set it up correctly in your control panel.

If you are using POP3 Mailboxes you will need to put the email account details into your email client (such as Outlook). For this you will need to refer to your providers web site or help line. For example some ISPs will force you to use their own smtp server.
