Our official return policy for all Images Group products is as follows:
The Images Group will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 60 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period. After 60 days all sales are final.
The customer will be responsible for return postage and packaging costs.
The customer may cancel their recurring billing subscription products at any time.
Please Note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
Any orders for available products from the Images Group will be dispatched to the customer’s verified address within 1 business day of receipt of order upon full and final payment by the customer.
Bespoke items will be subject to the creation time necessary to create the unique product for the client.
Delivery will be by first class Royal Mail where available.
