Several large websites in Norway have launched an advocacy campaign urging Microsoft InternetExplorer 6 users to upgrade their outdated web browsers.

Norwegian websites declare war on IE6
I think it’s an excellent idea, and it will hopefully help move more people towards newer browsers. This is good because they can then take advantage of modern websites using new technologies which simply don’t work in an 8 year old browser. I only hope that those not technically savvie will mistake the pop-up messages for all those spyware messages that are littered across the internet.

This seems to be also an issue in actual KAV 2012 build.
